I had went in to upgrade a phone on one of my lines back in late December. Was told about a bogo offer for the LG phones. So I decided to get that offer and use the free phone for a back up. Both phones where 800.00 dollars each. I didn't need the extra line added or phone but it was a good offer, so I thought. The employees lied to me and the offer was out of the promotional dates. Been with tmobile for 15 years and all they have done lately is lied to me in store and through customer care.
