  We recently moved from South Carolina and noticed the Sprint store near Randall's in Leander, so we decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. The store is new and clean. They were giving away food and sodas as part of a customer appreciation event. After visiting Best Buy Mobile and Verizon, we found the best deal at Sprint, and the customer service was outstanding! Marcos and Juancarlos were absolutely great. We bought two new phones, ported over phones from our Verizon account, and changed phone numbers on some phones. They worked with us to find the best deals, answered a ton of questions, and were super friendly throughout the process. We are actually getting better signals at our house than we did with Verizon, using some of the same phones, as weird as thast sounds. Cell service was great during a trip to San Antonio this week. We were nervous about switching from Verizon because they portray their competitors as having so much less coverage, but we haven't experienced that at all. We get the same service for a better price. Kudos to Marcos, Juancarlos, and Sprint!

  I went to this location three times trying to upgrade my phones. First tume my husband was with me so we could have done it but they insisted we could save $120 by waiting until their promotion on Saturday. They then assured him that I was on the account and could come back without him and make the changes we wanted. So I made an appointment to go back on Saturday. I got there Saturday and was told by the same sales person who waited on us on Thursday that I was not on the account and would have to bring my husband. Then she tried to get me to add a tablet to the account she just said I was not authorized to make changes to. Finally after my husband worked in the heat for 8 hours and had to go back with me to do what we wanted to for the 3rd time they left us hanging and couldn't understand why we were upset and leaving. Don't waste your time. Go to the corporate store on Walton Way in Cedar Park instead.

  Sent my mom in the store to get an iPhone 7 that I ordered for her. Her sprint representative, Christian, was apparently very obvious about the fact that he was not interested in helping her answer a few questions regarding how to use the phone. He wasn't getting paid commission for the phone since it was ordered online, so it's all ringing a bell now. Then after all of that, he asked if she wanted a case and when she said no because she found another one somewhere else, he then said "Well just letting you know if you break your phone once you leave, we can't help you sorry". My mom called me very upset asking if I would help her learn the few basics to sending messages and taking photos because it was not in the reps interest to help her. I get you need to make money here, but you don't get to treat everyone who doesn't earn you a dollar like they are an annoyance. I really don't appreciate that my mom was treated like that!
